Griefshare, Journey from Mourning to Joy"

This is a 13 week grief recovery series specifically for those who have lost a loved one through death. A different topic is covered each week. The session begins with a video by grief recovery professionals, followed by group discussion and daily workbook/journaling exercises. You are welcome to start at any time. Participants are not required to talk or journal. A $12 donation covers the cost of the workbook
