Birth, learning to crawl/walk, talking, adolescence, maturity and having our own families are all stages of life. Growing older and becoming “seniors” is another stage of our lives and can present many challenges in a different way as the previous tasks of life. Growing older brings bodily changes (that we don’t welcome) and emotional challenges and grief as we lose our friends and family.

This group is organized to promote spiritual health which in turn promotes better physical and emotional health. As we age it becomes even more important to have positive relationships for our health and well being. Too often we tend to isolate ourselves at home and possibly watching TV to cover the isolation and sadness we feel.

Sharing concerns, prayerfully loving and supporting each other are the goals of a small group. Sharing the meaning and practical application of the “Love one Another” commandment will be the Biblical focus.

We meet weekly on Wednesdays at 1:30pm in Room 101. For further information contact Bob Cameron, 941.474.4358.
