Jesus needed alone time not just to decompress from the crowds, but because He knew “in stillness and hope will be your strength.” (Isaiah 30:15). If Jesus, the Son of God, needed the recharging of solitude, how much more do we? We will explore why we are wired to hear from God best when we are quiet and then learn strategies for intentionally seeking solitude and stillness on a daily basis.
